Lexi is a spirited sprite with a loving personality and fun energy! I adopted her in the spring of 2009, shortly after receiving my sign from Destiny. Lexi came from a high-kill shelter in Georgia, and thankfully an angel stepped in and pulled her off the kill line. Echo White Shepard Rescue fostered her, and she made her trip from GA to CT where she stayed with her Fur-ster mom Amy until she finally came home to me.
Lexi has made herself to home in my heart and on my couch. She is an amazing pup who fell right in step with all expectations of her. She loves adventures, and I have never seen a dog run as fast as she can! Her favorite activity is riding in my kayak, and playing with her "spotted step brother" Derby, my boyfriends Dalmation.
While Destiny taught me life lessons of bravery, loyalty, steadfastness and forgiveness, Lexi's lessons are more of levity and laughter. She makes me laugh out loud at her crazy antics and playfulness. She is downright silly, yet at the same time is the best cuddlebug a Dog-ma could want. She is just a baby, yet expressively teaches so much. I look forward to the lessons of Lexi's Lexicon.
